Shop Fee: $50

Fee is to be paid up front with no guarantees attached. Best drop off times are 9am-10am or 4pm-5pm. We do not have a tech on the premises during the day.

* Window-unit air conditioners must be brought to the shop for repair, we aren’t involved with uninstalling and re-installing the units.

* Dehumidifiers often are auto-replaced due to no serviceable parts.  Best to email or text ahead with the model number and issue to find out before bringing to the shop. 

Case by Case:

$100 Rustburg - near Liberty or along the 29 corridor

$105 Monroe - must be very close to the main highway
These may take at least a week to get to depending on the volume of service calls in the area.

While we are currently a BOSCH Warranty servicer we do NOT work on any BOSCH or THERMADOR refrigerators.

Extended Warranty:

If you have an appliance that is under an extended warranty you will need to contact whoever your extended warranty is through to have them dispatch a servicer to you. We do extended warranty for all of of the brands listed above and Lowes Extended through Assurant.
* If you have a Home Warranty through Home Depot or any Home Warranty that is not purchased specifically from the brand of appliance that you have we are NOT be able to help you get reimbursement for our services. Because of this we do NOT take on any Home Warranty work outside of the Extended Warranty companies that we explicitly do work for. *
 

Notable repair exceptions:

* We do not work with R600 sealed system leaking refrigerators even if they are warranty covered.

* We do not work on Samsung or LG Appliances. DRYERS are the ONLY exception.
* We do not work on residential appliances that are under first year warranty located in commercial buildings.
